Classes: I teach the Pilates Basics class at Body Balancing by Darcie. I enjoy teaching new to Pilates clients and students.

Bio/Background: I started gymnastics at the age of 6 in my hometown of Sofia, Bulgaria. After 12 years of training and competing I used the skills I learned and transition into and exciting career as a circus performer. For over 35 years exercise has been an important part of my life, I tried numerous different fitness programs to keep my body fit and healthy, but Pilates was the one form of exercise that made a true difference. This mindful movement taught me how to use my body more efficiently and helped me prevent and recover from injuries.

Qualifications: I am a Stott Pilates Reformer certified instructor.  I continue my education every year with different courses, I am always eager to learn.

Favorite Exercises: I love creating programs for my clients based on their postural analysis and showing them how the smallest detail in the movement can create the biggest difference.
